Graduating with honors from Norwich University with a master of arts in Diplomacy and rising to the challenge of giving a voice to the voiceless, Devon E. L’Ecluse is spearheading the effort to codify principles of intergenerational equity as a universal human right through the development of Intergenerational Law.
